Method 1) But I Have A Trick With It You Can Change Your Name before 60 Days.. But You Can Get Only Previous Name. in this Method. So Listen.. 
1) First Go To mobil.facebook.com/hacked And Click On 'My Account Is Compressed' And After That Log In With Your Account And Complete Other Security Questions And After Few Steps Facebook Will Ask You to Select Your Real Name as it is the Facebook Policy to Make the Facebook More Secure So....
Your Previous Name Will Be Shown Then Select That.. And Enjoy

Method 2)
Method 2 is very Easy...!!! in this step Just Deactivate Your Account Under Settings>Security>Deactivate Account
Enter The Reason That Your Account has been Hacked 
Now Wait for 24 Hours And After 24 Hours Open Your Account Again And Go to Name Change Area Now You can Change Your Name without any error... :)
